Alabama is home and the majority of our work. We also carry clients into statehouses across the Southeast and onto Capitol Hill — moving legislation, managing crises, and running campaigns with the candor that keeps us credible in the rooms where it happens.

You won't find our client list here.
Most firms treat their client roster as a trophy case. We don't. The work our clients hire us for is often sensitive long before it is public — a bill being drafted, a regulatory exposure, a crisis that has not broken yet.
So we don't publish names, and we don't trade on them. If you want references, ask us and we will arrange the conversation with the client's permission. What we will put in writing is our record of outcomes — that's on The Record.

Montgomery is our base and where most of our work happens. When a client's issue crosses a state line, we go with it — and when it reaches Congress, we have standing relationships across Alabama's delegation, House and Senate alike.

Healthcare infrastructure
We help medical and healthcare companies build in Alabama — siting facilities, clearing regulatory and licensure obstacles, and working the state and local relationships a new operation depends on before the first patient walks in.
Cannabis
Medical cannabis licensing
We advocated for Alabama's medical cannabis program and then represented applicants through the most competitive licensing process the state has run. Four of our clients were awarded licenses in the initial offering.
E-Verify
E-Verify & immigration
Beyond passing the legislation: our COO stood up the state office that administers Alabama's E-Verify program. We know the statute and the agency that runs it.
